Hi, I have two pots one at each side of the drive, I would like to put something in them that will stay nice all year round and can serve all weather, is there such a think? :snork:

Just seen a lovely plant in the garden centre! Begonia with brown coloured leaves and orange flowers. Read the label but didn't buy as I'm unsure if they would last all year in a pot? Anyone know? :)

We have lemon cypress in the centre of our pots and pansies/violas round them from autumn until around May, then we put bedding plants round them. There is colour in the pots year round.

Bamboo do so much better in the ground.

Chamaerops Palms are a good idea.
They are hardy and will be ok with the limited water a pot can provide, especially in the warmer months.
