What Weed?

Please can someone tell me what this weed is, why its growing all over my garden for the first time ever and how I get rid of it without harmful chemicals? You knowledgeable bods are sure to know.

shape of leaf looks like arum - lords and ladies, I think it's called - I'll have a check on that handy page Lazy gardener provided!! - nope, that was just seedlings!! Let's hope everyone else has a good idea!

 

yup, I'm pretty sure it's Arum maculatum - watch out, it's poisonous. :eek:

White spathe type flowers will come along soon followed by bright red berrys.

I have a clump in my garden, which I left when I reclaimed the area.
