            We have eight female pheasants this morning! It's attempting to snow and not much light so there's not much definition in this picture. Where those two ladies are is six foot above the ground and one is balancing on the little stand for the small birds.

            They're not only eating but are throwing seed down for the others.

                    Twice today I heard the spotty woodpecker just outside on the Willow tree, and twice he noticed me picking the camera up :doh:

                        Good morning Zigs and Sheal my friends I have missed many photos the same way,a few weeks ago Mrs woo said what bird is that in the garden,I looked through the window and just 10 ft away was a very large bird standing on a wood pigeon and pulling the feathers out,I ran up stairs ran back down,yes it was still there,what a photo,put my camera to the window(dare not move the net curtain yet) already to press shutter,just gently moved the net curtain,not a sound and off it flew carrying its prey,no comment made well at least not an audible one:whistle::heehee:
