            Tricyrtis hirta (visually similar to my T.formosana but different colouring, growth habit and the blooms are bigger)...............

            Salvia 'Black and Bloom' is another that gets better with the shorter days and less heat.........

              They both look better when the sun is out. The persicaria flowers really pop in sunlight. Edit : will upload some more flattering images if we get a bright spell
