Between the bursts of rain, out comes the sun and the Portulacas open ...

I have two pots of these which seeded themselves from last year.

    Hey there, Cutie.

I just love your garden and you did well with your pics.

We are world apart at times with what we can do but some of the things work for both of us and, if so, then we're onto a winner. [IMG]

I am so pleased with the double Portulacs which seeded themselves and I'm so delighted. I would suggest you buy such a plant and try it as I can't seem to get rid of it and I am happy as a lark! [IMG]

I'll have to send you some stuff to try out if you like?

Yes, your weather is probably better than ours at the moment. We are VERY wet and warm, lows 18, high 24, not humid which is nice, but we need it and welcome it.

Lovely photos, strongy. Certainly can't do the Nemesia here and the Begonia would be hit and miss although I have a couple in the shade.

I don't know that Clerodendrum. I gave my climbing one to my friend as it didn't like me (don't say anything [IMG] ) and it's doing well by him.

The palms are looking ace ... mine are liking the rain at the moment. [IMG]

    Thank LoL
This Clerodenrum has a fantastic scent and is hardy, unfortunately it has lost some variegation due to being shaded by other shrubs and being neglected by a lazy gardener.
The palms would have grown more had we had a summer!
I think the Dragon Wings need more water than your 'Walter' and may not like the heat too much.

Must look up this Clerodendrum. Sounds nice.

T'other half said to ask you ... are you an Elephant Hawk Moth caterpillar like those I had for ID that ate his grape vine?
