    Lobelia 'Tanya' and Aster 'Monch' - all in pots - I have run out of space.

    Fruit galore. Once you have eaten Brugmansia fruit you will never want to eat any other fruit. This could be because you will be dead - its very poisonous. :heehee:

      :) Absolutely beautiful Peter. I have no fear of eating my Brugmansia seeds as I have never had one, only Datura seeds and they come fast and furious! :shocked:

      By the way, posted your seeds yesterday. :thumbsup:

        Victoria -very many thanks for the seeds in the post. I know you have said before that you don't get any fruit. From what people on UKEG have been saying, I gather that nearly all Brugmansias are self sterile, ie can't be fertilised by themselves or even a cutting (ie clone) of themselves. I have only had fruit on B. arborea, which is a species rather than a hybrid, and seems to be the exception. You are very welcome to seeds I should have plenty. Its white and not coloured being the species.

        The offer of seeds is open to anyone else. But they won't be available for a while, it takes quite a few weeks to go from full sized fruit to viable seeds.

        Great stuff Peter; particularly like the Fuschia :thumb:

        Not too much on offer in my own patch at the mo; these aren't bad though;

        A lovely little Dahlia that I bought from a sale bed for 50p a month or so ago and needed a good tidy up, it's now flowering well :thumb:

        and

        Hawkweed, a wildflower maybe but such a vibrant orange, I love it and grow it in a small pot :thumb:

              Agastache 'Golden Jubilee' another in its first year, the slugs took a bit of a liking to this though so a bit nibbled.

                          Yes, they're a floppy wet mass until they've dried off - often i'll be seen knocking them gently to shake off the excess rain - to the amusement of the neighbours.
                          (same in the snow - the neighbours think i'm 'touched', i'm sure :WINK1: )
