No photos but I noticed I have seed pods on ... Brugmansia 'Charles Grimaldi'. Oleander, Pandorea jasminoides, Thevetia peruviana, Jatropha integerrima, Tecomaria and Callistemon viminalis. Maybe some other things I didn't examine. My nursery of Adenium obessum (with two integrading Plumeria) are all looking healthy.

It has rained and rained, and is fairly mild so the plants seem happy. The only big flowerers are Cyclamen persicum, which seem all the better for the few days of cold a few weeks ago. Otherwise I just have crocuses coming up that probably won't flower for another few weeks, and some Cyclamen coum that I bought recently in bud, and one lone snowdrop flower. There are quite a few odd flowers that are really summer flowering plants, a Shasta daisy, the odd Campanula flower, the odd Erigeron karvinskianus daisy, and even the odd lobelia and alyssum flowers. I quite like the odd flowers in an otherwise desolate winter garden, but I appreciate the Cyclamen persicum for being so floriferous all winter, and so far hardier than people say it is.

Unlike last Christmas, my nasturtiums took a big hit during the cold spell and a lot of their leaves died. I tidied up the dead leaves and left what looked still alive to climb. There are a few flower buds, but no flowers on them at the moment. Last year on Christmas day I had quite a few nasturtiums in flower.

There is a Feverfew plant whose spray of flowers has lasted ages, probably almost now got to the stage where I need to cut it right back.

I quite like the few flowers that remain from summer. Just leaving them there to return in the summer. Any bees that are brave enough to forage in winter might find a bit of pollen.

Afraid it's a NOID - probably bought at Lidl. But it's anemone flowered which I like. I also have Nuccios Pearl which is wonderful IF nothing damages the flowers. Strangely, the winter flowering red camellia Yuletide has no buds this year.

Just came back in ...gosh it's windy out there.

Some of the older Wallflowers are suffering sadly , either broken or looking very sorry for themselves.

                              Hellebores looking good.

Daffodils and other earlies beginning to stir too.
