Yesterday i replaced my polycarbonate roof panels cuz they were completely dirty on the inside. I did some research on how to seal the Sheeting and it says on a few websites to use foil tape for the top and anti-dust/breather tape on the bottom. It was raining last night so this morning i checked the panels and i couldn't believe that i'm still getting moisture on inside of the panels after sealing.

So what's the correct way to seal the panels. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Clear silicone worked for me but needs to be applied when dry, just seals top and bottom and stops condensation being drawn up into inner sections.

The condensation is most likely due to there being some moisture inside before you sealed them. I sealed some panels recently but waited until we'd had a couple of really hot days before I put on the tape and there's been no condensation.

Silicone is the only best solution and application should be when the sheets are dry. This is the problem with poly but the heat retention is far better than glass.
