What's this big leaved beastie?

It's grown about 9ft tall!

 

It's a horse chestnut by the look of it and it'll get a hell of a lot bigger so if it's anywhere near the house, it needs to be moved or chopped down

 

Really!!! They grow kind of big don't they!

It's about 95ft away from the house, so I'm presuming that it will be ok left alone?

They grow about 30-40 feet so 95 foot from the house will be fine.
