What's this dragonfly?

Hi all

I recently photographed this strange dragonfly in my garden near the wildlife pond, but I don't recognise it! I've been searching the internet and have even been on the British Dragonfly Society website, without luck! I've sent a pic to the BDS to see if they can ID it for me, but I thought I'd throw it open to you knowledgeable peeps :D

The pic isn't great (sorry) cos I wanted to snap it before it flew off (which it did), but you can see it has yellow spots on its broad abdomen and almost clear wings, apart from tiny black spots on the tips of its wings.

Does anyone know what this is? I'm in Norfolk, btw, just bordering Suffolk.

Sounds like a Weymouth girl to me :OUCH:
