Rosietu, I dont think it is canary creeper, I'm beginning to think it might be some kind of rose, but it must be a novelty type if it is.

Anyone got any ideas on this one, I understand it has grown from the ground, this year and is now about 8ft tall.

My goodness - I have no idea. What an unusual leaf shape, and the little leaflets and colour at the junction - I have never seen the like. The leaf droop reminds me of the cassia, but cassia ain't nothing like that.

Does it do anything else but grow up - and bigger question, if not, does it stop :D

I had a mistery plant grown this year too,no idea where seeds came from, it was so beautiful...and now got seeds and even small seedlings, seeds dropped in an another pot nearby, since got the name.

Its not in my garden Fran, Its in the same garden as the rose. What else it does, I dont know, might even be killed by frost each year, which sounds possible. Buhinia has been mentioned due to the leaf shape but I dont think so.
Ladybird what was the name of your mystery plant then? [IMG]
