What's this?

My son brought this home from school when it was just a tiny shoot, when I asked him what it was he said "a seed!" I know I'll recognise it when it gets bigger but thought I'd ask on here in the meantime

 

Nice Dwarf French Bean by the looks of it

 

Its a bean plant of one sort. Apart from the foliage, the giveaway clue is the presence of a bean pod in the picture
