I have looked at the disease and problems page but nothing seems to match the signs my rose is showing. Its definitely not powdery mildew as I experience this on a lot of my other trees most years, so i know how to diagnose that. it looks like dis pigmentation of the leaves so maybe a mineral deficiency of some sort? it might be worth mentioning that the rose is being grown in a ceramic pot and has just been re-potted into a larger one in the past few weeks.

Good evening Allan My personal opinion for what its worth with what I can see is that could be Mildew, but will investigate some more, its not a mineral deficiency I have come across:smile:

Good morning Allan, its just a shot in the dark but it could be Rose Leaf Hopper, just trying to eliminate all the possibilities my friend;)

Your Rose after being re-potted could be suffering some stress, respectfully suggest that you check the size of your pot,and have you used new soil(compost)please make sure that you have plenty of drainage in the bottom of the pot and stand the pot on something to raise it off the ground.remove the worst affected leaves,(please destroy them)and please make sure that the air can circulate round and through the Rose, give it time to settle into its new home and keep an eye on it daily,do you know the name of your Rose, enjoy your day my friend:smile:
