What's wrong with my Staghorn (Rhus)?

    After a major pruning session in the garden, I've noticed that the leaves on my Staghorn/Rhus appear to be a quite shrivelled in places and there are also very small holes across several of these leaves. Maybe 1-2/3mm wide?

    Please tell me it's not a disease! I quite like this plant.
