What's your weather Like December 2023

-3c frosty and very misty or it could be freezing fog, i'll go with freezing fog as it makes it sound worse than it realy is just to keep up with all the mountains out of molehills new's

 

Good morning all.
We have freezing fog this morning & - 2C.So an extremely cold start to the weekend! Temps are forecast to continue at - 2C for a couple of hours longer before climbing up to - 1C but it will be noon before we get to 0C. Even during the central hours of the day they will be no higher than 2C.

Tomorrow we are forecast light rain for most of the morning.

 

Some cloud about, a nippy 8c going to 16c.

 

It's cloudy and around minus 1c.

 

I see December has finally arrived in England

 

Morning all a cold night and 9am -6c cars still covered with snow and frost me thinks it can stop where it is on the drive.

-1.2C at the moment; the water dishes on the patio are frozen solid; the outside cold water tap was almost solid even though it has a wooden cover; the plants I put in the garden yesterday will be dug up in a million years time fully preserved; all in all just another nice Yorkshire day; it's nice to be alive to appreciate it.

The studio has the C/H radiator set on "3" full time but it feels chilly in there so I've just switched on the fan heater too to give it a boost; violin practice coming up; I can fiddle whilst the country freezes.

Freezing and woke up to 3 inches of unexpected snow. Off to build a snowman

 

-6 here just now, proper frosty, clear blue skies, fed the birds then will get wrapped up might go for a walk on the beach.

 

-1c still foggy
17c inside the house but it feels cold but if it was a sunny day outside i would be in a tea shirt

 

Not long after I wrote the above it started snowing quite heavily, we have an inch or so and -1 just now, broken cloud, might be more snow, though forecast is for dry and clear for the next 5 days with frost over night.
