Whats Your Weather Like December 2024

Good morning all and thanks to @wiseowl for opening this thread.
It's drizzling outside and we can expect rain until midday.
11c currently and 13c to expect.

 

December is starting off with heavy rain, but clearing up later with sunny intervals. Mild at 13c.

 

Seems damp and windy, mild.
A bit of a write off I'm thinking.

 

12c damp and raining

 

Another damp, cloudy start. It's been raining, and very windy, o'night, but I'll check the rain gauge once it's light enough to see properly. O'night low was 10 degrees [11 just now at approx. 8.05am] with a predicted high of around 11 or 12 degrees. It's to be mainly dry, with more rain later on tonight.

Yesterday was fairly dry until mid afternoon. The high was 13 degrees. Bizarre weather. Wet and windy later on.

Our rainfall total for November was 70mm which is only just over half of last year's. Very, very dry, with minimal rain until last week of November.

 

Heavy rain with a gentle breeze it’s around 12c for today.

Lightly overcast with a light breeze, 16c going to 22c.

 

Damp, drizzly with not a breath of wind. Garden too wet to do anything in. Yesterday afternoon there must have been a bonfire somewhere nearby; the smell of smoke seeped into my house even with the windows closed, and outside was unbearable. Hoping we don't get a repeat today.

 

Raining but mild here. A mixed-bag set for this week with the temperature dropping down Monday night.
