What's your weather Like October

Sun is up, calm, 20c going to 30c.

 

Looking grim 15c.

 

Thick cloud and a moderate breeze from the south east temp 18c feels like 20c

"According to IPMA, the hot weather in the Algarve is expected to persist at least until Tuesday, with temperatures potentially soaring to 35 degrees, or just over.

From today (30 September) onwards, the weather on the continent will be influenced by an “intense anticyclonic ridge located over Western Europe, associated with the transport of a mass of hot and dry air, originating in North Africa”, say the IPMA. This will cause temperatures to rise to around 5 to 8 degrees above average September temperatures.

Minimum temperatures will also rise, with 20 degrees or more overnight in some places, especially on the coast of the Algarve region.

According to the latest updates from the ECMWF meteorological model, the one used by Meteored experts, the start of October will be very hot and dry, but by October 8th temperatures will tend to gradually normalise."

It is 26c now but with a nice breeze in the shade in front of the house.

 

Warmest September on record for most of Europe I believe.
Its actually above normal here, ATM, but nothing exceptional.

We touched 22c for a short while earlier, difference at this time of the year is it never seems to warm the house up like it does in summer, it gets cold sitting around in the evenings.

Even though, they are still ramping on about it being Muggy??????????

 

October has started off wet, but it's mild so I'm happy. I'd be happier still if it was a nice sunny day but we'll have one of those later on. Mild and wet will do for today

 

We don't seem to budge latest ... tooped at 30.5c at 4pm and now at 6pm 29.4c and we have lost our lovely breeze.
