I’m looking to buy a Bird box with built in camera as a retirement present for a colleague. Anyone got any advice or experience of these?

It needs to be straight forward to set up. I'm thinking a fully wired colour system would be better.

I’ve googled and it looks like this one from Handykam is within budget and seems to get good reviews:

Cedar bird box 420 line resolution colour camera system | Wired camera bird box systems | Bird box nest box camera systems | Wildlife camera systems | Handykam.com

    All comments gratefully received :dbgrtmb:

You will have to let us know how you get on as this is something I would love to have a go at, programmes like springwatch make it look easier than it is me thinks.

I will let you know what we decide on pip. It's something I would like as well, but maybe will have to wait till I retire too.
