    Hi boys and gals :D

I have 5 very young ferns which were a gift from a friend, she ordered too much from Thompson and Morgan :)

    Athyrium Nipponicum
    Adianthum Pedatum
    Dryopteris Erythrosora
    Polystichum Polyblepherum
    Asplenium Scolopendrium

Now the question is how would you arrange them. I am just potting them on for the mo, but they will eventually be situated in the area of my Cordyline. I was thinking of putting one of the larger ones by my Rhododenron with a view to partial shade.

So any idea's please feel free thanks all :D

As I recall, aspleniums generally like to grow in crevices so do you have a stone wall handy? In some parts of the country, they sprout out of bare walls like weeds whereas they never seem to thrive if you try and grow them on the flat. At least mine didn't!

Don't know the others specifically, although they usually all like leaf mould and some shade. Can't remember which ones tolerate lime and which don't - it would be worth checking.
