Which Salvia

Can anyone identify this Salvia, please. I have it in this colour, peach, lavender and white.



I never have more than a couple of flowers open at any one time, never the whole spike, is this normal?

 

Salvia pratensis - one of the numerous cultivars? Or possibly Salvia buchannii? Pics of the leaves would help

 

It isn't Salvia Buchannii



I would go with Salvia Pratensis - flowers and colours look right.

 

For the moment can't do any better than this ... does it help?

 

Here I am again with a close-up photo of the leaves. They are very tiny ...



And whilst I'm here, any clues on this blue one? I believe the one you can just see to the right is the old common herb garden one.

 

Aaah - now that sprawly growth and size looks more like Salvia Microphylla - it can come in pink and purple - but blue is not listed.

 

I have to cut them back every month or two but I just love them. The blue one is definitely a different variety from the rest.
