    Hi,

Is anyone else having trouble with white fly? There are millions of them on our allotments smothering my sprouts and kale also seem to have started on my arctic lettuce in the greenhouse.

I am still eating the stuff but soaking them first in slightly salted cold water and then steaming the sprouts and kale hoping there are none left in by the time I eat it !

Managed to avoid the white butterly and now this !!

I've got a lot on my Brussels and broccoli, though I'm not so worried about those as I am about the tiny snails that keep having a go at them. There must be a 'tiny snail factory' somewhere in my garden 'cos as fast as I remove them they keep reappearing.

if you have electric nearby you can suck them up your vacum cleaner, my wife thinks I am mad when I do it but it thins them out.

you could try sraying a rubarb leaf solution, it won,t last long but I think it shifts white fly.
