Hi Scotkat,we used to have the white one in our garden but after a few years it died off so was probably not hardy enough for our garden here in the Midlands.I can't remember where we bought ours from so can't help you there, sorry.

We have just come back from the Lake Distruict where we found a found a pale pink one called Molly Gould so are hoping that we can keep that one going.I will probably split it up and keep some going in the greenhouse in case I lose the other part of the plant. My usual red one which I think is called Major is in flower at the moment and adds a nice bit of colour at this time of the year.

I have the same problem with Crocosmias,I can grow the common orange one but struggles with the Mackenzie one and also the yellow one.I think sometimes the variants are not as hardy as the common ones unless perhaps if you live down in the South West of England where they seem to get anything to grow.

If you try Googling you might get a list of suppliers who you can contact or someone on here might be able to help you....Good Luck

They do look very nice this time of year. Mine are bright red. I haven't seen a white. Does anyone know if they can be picked and put in a vase indoors?

I have a white one but only a small offset from my mum's one in her garden near Bridgewater, she has the red, pink and white varieties. I will try and get another offset when I go there in a couple of weeks time.:)
