    Not so much a recipe but I've been put on to this version of black pudding. It's similar but uses pork meat in place of the blood and is slightly more peppery. I have a friend at the pub who has brought me back some from Ireland and it is fantastic with a fry up!

    Highly recommend to anyone if they come across it.
