    I'll set the scene :biggrin::
    • Onion sets planted
    • Rigid plastic cloche placed over them
    • Vents closed
    • Following day 3 sets pulled up and moved several inches
    • No signs of anything digging
    • No gaps for anything to get under the edge of the cloche
    • Sets replanted
    • 2 days later (today) same thing!?
    • No digging, no holes round the edge, no slime trails (thinking maybe a slug could have gone over them?)
    Fire away with any ideas :scratch: :scratch: :rolleyespink: :rolleyespink: :biggrin: :snork:

          Could they have been pushed up from underground....moles, mice?

          Edit: Or a very clever squirrel has lifted the cloche. :biggrin:

            We have no moles anywhere near here and although we have wood mice and occasionally voles there are no holes below the sets?? :scratch: :biggrin:

              Something's making a fool out of me :snork: :snork:, the same thing happened a couple of years ago and I never found out what the culprit was then :biggrin:

              I'm not losing sleep :snooze: over it though :biggrin:, just find it an amusing little mystery :snork: :scratch: :snork:

                        This is the sort of thing we had going on, we found out it was a neighbour playing funny jokes, then the jokes became worse then nasty
