I've had a Brown Turkey fig tree for about 3/4 years now and am still waiting for my first delicious fig! The first year it barely did anything but this year has been more promising with many fruits which appear to ripen (they swell and change colour) but when I cut them open they are dry inside.

It is in a large-ish pot against a sheltered south facing wall. What am I doing wrong? Any tips greatly appreciated as I love figs!
