I always thought gardening was for old men with too much time on their hands. But no way...
I don't think there's many things more fulfilling as doing a garden project.

Does that mean I have to give up my gardening  :)

That only leaves me with my other hobby of Grumpy Old Man :D

Seriously, only for a second or two, well said Fox :thumb:

Why is it that you go out firt thing in the morning, just for a little walk, no more, may be taking some pictures, enjoying the dawn and blah blah, and invariably you end up crawling on all four, weeding in your pajama and without gloves? It is irresistible.

"A garden is like those pernicious machineries which catch a man's coat-skirt or his hand, and draw in his arm, his leg, and his whole body to irresistible destruction." ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

But what a delightful destruction! :D

    :D:D
I'm the grumpy old woman who likes gardening because it soothes her soul and stops her from beating up defenceless people because of a stressed day at work...:D:D

Honestly Fox, I have always found the garden to be my sanctuary, plus, I too am known to potter in the garden in my jim-jams early in the morning, hoping none of the neighbours are up and watching this dishevelled wild haired grump talking to plants and bugs..

Nut: I could not even get out of the bedroom without glasses, that is why I donĀ“t forget them around.

Oh, and no, I wish I could find a strapping young guy in my garden, thanks!! :D

Init, you summed it up pretty well, about neigbours, dishevelled hair and plants/bugs conversations :D

I wonder what aliens think of us earthlings....
As they look down and view copious amouts of females meandering about in their gardens in the early or late hours attired only in wyncyette. Bent over with their posteriors pointed heavenward as they reach for that elusive weed. No doubt talking to the their rooted friends.
    Hmmmmm
No wonder they are dubious about landing

Bah, if aliens males were in any way similar to their local counterparts they should be landing in flocks smack on our various upturned bottoms, while cackling like idiots in their little spacesuits.
