    This is my first post - please be gentle!
    I was sent the attached picture of our one pot of wild garlic by my wife yesterday as I'm away with work and she's looking after the garden (doing a great job too!) in my absence.

    Does anyone have any good edible uses / recipes for wild garlic other than chopping and using a garnish herb? We thought about pesto, but then saw how expensive pine nuts are!

        I could try that with some Lancashire crumbly, a bit like Feta for people born north of Crewe! Thank you!
