Down below us at the river dozens of horses have 'suddenly' appeared, both sides of the river and no one can say where they came from ... how odd?

Here are some pictures I took yesterday, in the first you can see lots of them in the background and these five crossing the wetlands, where they spent most of the afternoon to-ing and fro-ing ...

I hate it when that happens, someone dumped 50 sheep in the uk as they can't afford to feed them anymore:sad:

In Iceland you do see quite a lot of horses and sheep which appear wondering around but they belong to somebody.
If somebody have dumped those horses (in the picture)would it be possible to report it so that they could be saved? Let's hope they are not dumped!

I don't think they are dumped Paola ... there are too many on private property. The 'five' were all there again today in a different place and then in the water up to their bellies ... took photos but haven't time at the moment to download.

The horses are still there, the five and the herd with lots of white ones, strange. I wonder if they are Luzitanias or Lipizanas ... are they not white? I put it up on two expat forums but have had no response whatsoever ... :dunno: They all look happy and healthy. Plus a closer neighbour has four donkeys ... and you can hear them ... :heehee:
