I don't, as a rule, go in to wildlife spotting or filming. I saw this in the GW mag -http://www.bushnell.com/wildlife/trail-cameras - and I thought 'hmm'. They're not the fanciest looking things but they say they're the best (as you would expect) and can't be beaten on certain things which got me thinking - can they?

The cameras are pretty good but have a price tag of around £250 which I thought was a tad high. What if I could create something similar, better looking and cheaper? It would appeal even more to the light enthusiast which bring me here...

What features would you like to see that aren't already included?

There's a plethora of other types http://www.trailcams.co.uk/ so making something that would set it apart would be important. I admit I haven't examined this closely and frankly I wouldn't market it strictly as a wildlife camera but an all rounder so inclusion of data transfer would be important. I'm thinking security here, like an IP camera, but also perfectly usable as garden wildlife cam.

The ones I've seen all rely on similar principles - see and store. A camera that could transmit real-time and upload to 'The Cloud' would be better, or would it? Also, things that look 'cool' sell more - think iphone so an easy win there.

This is a little pie-in-the-sky obviously but I'm getting itchy feet and am thinking of a new career / business to excel in so feedback is important, whatever it may be.
