Hi, picked up a lily at some stage last year in Tesco of all places. I can’t remember what type it was but had it sitting inside at back door getting sunlight etc. it eventually bloomed and was lovely before withering away.

Placed it in back garden in same pot in a less exposed area, but would have been there right through Winter.

Looking at it now, it looks like there are a few buds on it, is it possible it will bloom again?
Anything I can do to help it along?

    Thank you

Its got some buds, but you need to feed it well all summer after flowering so it can build up the bulb for next year.
Its probably hardy but just a protected position over winter to stop it getting too wet.

    Maybe a repot next spring.

Thank you, so for now should I wait till it blooms/flowers and then feed it every couple of weeks in the Summer? Does feeding prolong the flowering stage?
      Thanks

Hi, no, feeding when it's actually flowering won't prolong the flowers. The idea is to feed the bulb (the leaves do that too, so don't cut them off until they've withered) so it gets bigger and stronger and forms a good flower head next year.
