    Hello, greetings from Shoreham-by-Sea!

Wondering if it's normal for these to remain limp even after time in water.

    Thanks!

    Morning ennncee :)
"Time in water"??? How long? Do you mean before being planted?
Wallflowers do not enjoy being wet or in water.
When I plant them out, transplant etc., I water them once and then not at all. :)

The bare root wallflowers arrived limp with dry roots. I didn't have time to plant immediately, so followed what I thought were instructions to soak roots in water, which I've done overnight. But they're still wilting this morning. Does that mean they won't revive now if planted?

Exactly ...plant out, water once and leave them ennncee.
Give them a couple of weeks and they will, should, look good :)
