My worst enemy the wind has attacked me..the daisys are strewn on the floor ..the poppys without petals..a mullein limp and broken..I hate the perishing wind..its like all your hard work lashed at and broken..and its still windy now hopefully it will die down tonight before the garden is destroyed..has anyone else got wind damage?

Now how you feel. The roses at work and some of the flowers have taken a battering today.Wind and rain . Hanging baskets were nearly horizontal before I took them down and back inside for some TLC

went to allotment today to find broccolli a bit battered so propped them back up with a plank of wood.pea pods needed teasing back through netting and really glad i staked my delphiniums the other day.ive only got 2,not many flowers but theyre the loveliest shade of baby blue.its been a bit calmer today but i still felt for O/H when he went out to work early this morning.
