Ginny come lately... Winter may be drawing on, but the creeper on the front of my house is only just starting to turn red. Wonder if the leaves wil fall before they redden this year?

Slow around my gardens. The Parthenocissus has gone a much deeper ruby rather than the red I like so much, but has still coloured up. In my garden (v.sheltered) the virginia creeper doesn't colour at all, sadly, and the leaves are usually around till after Christmas.
You must have fun keeping those lovely white window frames clear of the roots HB?!

Could be due to the relativly high night temperatures we've been having up until the last week or so.

Yes - it got out of hand a few years ago and got on the roof. Made all sorts of problems. Now I reduce it to eye level every other year. Not difficult as it is not like ivy. It just has little pads and pulls off easily without doing any damage. I'll hack it back later after the leaves have fallen. Grows again incredibly fast in the spring

House is 1920 or there abouts. Little cottage with later 1930 extensions round the back

Not sure what the first picture is, but love the Buddleia, roders, and cobwebs are always a treat glistening. Not sure about those fools on horses, however! :D :D
