I planted lots of lavender in my long front garden trough but was thinking of adding some winter pansies & violas will they grow ok together and which ones flower best though the winter please? used to have petunias in there but there gone now just showing the size in photo.

do winter pansies & violas flower yearly? or would you have to do it every year?

The petunias look wonderful. Winter pansies and violas need to be replaced each year, they do survive but become straggly and have few flowers in subsequent years.
