Every year I spend more and more time in repairing winter's devilish deeds fence02 jpg.jpg :)
Last year it took over a month to remove two trees and replace a gate into the Japanese Garden
This year it is a new piece of fence, and then build a little stone wall underneath (to keep it level at the top we raised the bottom)
Looks tidy, but my back and legs are killing me :)

I've got deja-vu that you replaced some fence panels very similar to that general look once before?

I'm probably mis-remembering, or it was someone else altogether!

I think your memory isn't too bad ... the major part of that fencing was done a few years ago. Four panels were not too bad and were covered in ivy, so were left alone at that time. Their time has now come :)
