Not only has my Clematis Montana flowered again, but the Wisteria that runs through it has also bloomed again. I am new to Wisteria - is this normal?

No PeterS, Wisterias are "suppossed" to flower once in late spring to early summer regardless of their aspect. However, following on from a recent previous thread somewhere here on G.C. it would seem that many plants have maybe suffered from "stunted" flowering and growth throught July and its almost like they are catching up now with the ideal growing conditions we generally are experiencing this month (and last).

    Kind regards
    Roy

Peter, sometimes they do have a second, lesser flowering, a bit like magnolias do.
I reckon its down to a good summer.
