What if you just happen to be whistling a happy tune, which by chance contains a few notes that sound like a wolf whistle, just as a lady happens to be walking past?

 

In America builders are only allowed to look at Ladies for a limited number of seconds, can't remember how long, but its not much.

 

Won't be long before it's illegal to look sideways at the opposite gender....
