Can't see a thread about these apologise if they have been mentioned before. I was thinking of treating myself to one of these:

    Acacia Plant House

    for sale here

HAXNICKS HARDWOOD WOODEN GROWHOUSE, GREENHOUSE, | eBay

I can see that there is a similar one by Gardman which is cheaper - but thought this maybe better?

    Gardman Wooden Grow house 08896 - Tesco.Direct

or are neither really that good and end up with a lot of plants at the bottom wanting light? I can't get it on a south facing position due to the sloping mature of out garden - so it will be west where there is some level land.

    Hi
Both look realy good the one with acacia wood will last longer and be stronger.

but big price diffrence imagine what plants you could buy if you go for the cheeper one , there will be loads of sales on soon with gardening stuff, so take your time

the price difference is certainly a factor, and I thought maybe for £75 I could make it just as good with a bit of effort, I could certainly treat the wood before putting together, and seal the plastic to the wood with silicone.

I would love to see them side by side to see if it really is worth the difference. I saw a small one today in the garden centre by Westwoods - it was quite small 2 shelves and £55 - no sale on it!, and can't find them on the internet - should have looked at the box more closely.
