Wonderful pics Woo. Were they taken near to where you live?
We saw two black swans while we were away, they were being kept separate from the rest of the wildlife for some reason.

    Great pics Woo.

We had about 50 swans living in a field near here over the winter. I'm sure the farmer was delighted - not - especially when about 200 geese turned up to join them. Gobble, gobble.

Beautiful woo ... but you know I love swans.

Jazmine, I saw a black swan in the Açores in 1993, it was breathtaking photographed and have painted it along with one of woo's white swans :) . I believe they are kept separate because of breeding ... here is a link that strongyloden recently put up ... Swans I hope you don't mind me adding this woo .... or you'll have to slap my hands .... :luv:

Hi Victoria, thanks for the link. It was lovely to see the pics.
I wondered why these two black swans were separate from the main wildlife area. We watched them all being fed by a little man with a dog. The dog went everywhere around the lake with him, he just laid down and didn't move until the man put his hands on the wheelbarrow to move it. Fascinating to watch!
Thanks Woo for letting us in your thread!!
