      What a wonderful montage of today's event, woo, I could almost feel as if I were there in person!

      Fair to say, I am glad I was not as I thought "slavery" was long past; yet it does appear to be doing a roaring trade in Dickensian Rochester :heehee: (just look at how quickly the people are changing under the "sold" sign in pics 5, 6 and 10)!! :heehee:

      Thank you for sharing it with us, especially those of us who couldn't be there to experience it in person.

                        I have a few clips of the parade with colourful costumes etc and I will try to put them up.

                        PS for me, I thought this sweeps with dirty faces I found them so charming and evocating of the past, it was like some history coming alive.

                        Most of the parade was very colourful and lively.
