Wow Woo your pics look like fabulous paintings. Do they come out like that or do you edit/ enhance them.
I know absolutely nothing about photography ( as you no doubt can tell by my offerings on here) I know my new phone has so many things that you can select or do to your pic but I've never attempted anything.I'm a tech scaredy cat!!

Such stunning pics, you're very talented indeed.

Good evening @Upsydaisy my dear friend and thank you for your kind and friendly comments,I use HDR ((high dynamic range) mainly when the natural light isn't really enough in the late Autumn/Winter I love it but its rather like "Marmite" some people hate it ,I have some blown up(enlarged) and printed /framed ,I use HDR photo-blending software and edit each image until I get it right for me,it can be a long process sometimes 3/4 hours

Depending on how they’re processed, HDR photos can be anything from stunningly accurate reproductions of what your eyes see, to mind-blowing, surreal works of art that transform reality
        into a high-def dreamscape:smile:

I absolutely love the effect Woo, the process sounds both amazing and complicated. You're very clever.

Ps I'm also a Marmite lover...have it with almost everything.

Ah but pete the images take you to beautiful out of this world ( as we know it) places. At this time of year I know which I prefer. I find them magical looking, and want to be in that image myself.:)

They look almost solarised, one of my favourite darkroom techniques back in the day.

I'm with @pete. Not for me as it's nothing like the beauty of the real world.
A little sharpening and enhancing is great, but that's a very big bridge too far for me!

But how do we know what each other is seeing... It is (like nature) art to me and very interesting. I did a web search for the place to have a look at images of it for "real" and to me both are superb.
