Would you say this is a red maple?

    347.JPG This is a picture of a Canadian Maple that my daughter sent me, the leaf shape is different to the one in your picture.

    Bam yours looks like a Sycamore to me.

    Maples have a smoother texture to the leaves.

    I'd say Sycamour too. It's a very big tree. Only have it if you have the space (about 1/4 of an acre!)

    Yep I'd say it was a sycamore now too. It's randomly growing through the hydrangeas and is about 2.5th high so far!

    Think I'd best dig it up!
