      I love stories like that. I can't say for sure because I wasn't even alive then, but I reckon its that type of thing that made us win the war against a technologically superior enemy. While the german side was being all logical and methodical, our people were just going against all logic. Its like the bouncing bomb. What a daft idea. Only a Brit could come up with a daft idea like that, yet it worked. Or the chap in this story. Who's going to fly at low altitude through a city in broad daylight, low enough to be easily spotted and shot down with light arms fire? This chap did.
