Mild again today
Returned to see a parcel from Harts cannas on the doorstep. Duly potted up now and looking forward to even more cannas flowering their heads off in the summer
Prob my hopeful imagination but the mornings and evenings seem just a tad lighter now esp as many plants are flowering so much earlier.......

My back is well on the mend now just giving me the odd twinge now and then , thanks.

I am now in 'full cold mode'. After being a tad unsympathetic towards my hubs last week I have now got it, serves me right!!
Only down side it that our eldest is here for the weekend, I did warn him but he still decided to come .Oh well, I'll have to find a face mask!

Morning all

I've been up most of the night because of this cold ,if I attempt to lie down I just can't breathe. Tubes are so congested that it causes a lot of facial pain as well. It was easier to stay up sitting in the lounge drinking herb tea to ease my sore throat at the same time!!

Just hope our son doesn't catch it when he returns home after his weekend visit to us!!!!
He was pre warned!
