Having just learned about yellow Callistemons, friends of our here have a yellow Buddleia. this is not the B. globosa but look like a B. davidii but has yellow blooms.

    Does anyone know this?

Thanks, dendrobium. I got the same thing on all sites. Looks like what they have. It was in the house when they bought it four years ago. We are in USDA 10 and it's thriving here! I'll pass the info along to them.

Again, thanks ... ou muitas obrigadinhas!

I have one called 'Sungold' and this one is 'Honeycomb'
    http://www.plantsafari.com/Catalog2/Detail/00209.html
They are both davidii crosses with weyeriana. I am puzzled because 'Sungold' is described as orange yellow and nearer in form to globosa, but mine has panicles of definite yellow like the 'honeycomb' picture. [IMG]

Nichts zu danken, je t'en prie, ....... ;) As a matter of fact there was a yellow buddleia of that type growing near me in Hemel Hempstead for years - and that's not exactly the South of Spain!!

It seems to be fairly easy to come by in most shrub nurseries in Britain.
