Yoghurt Cake.

    1 CARTON (approx.150g) YOGHURT
    2 CARTON'S CASTOR SUGAR
    3 CARTON'S S.R. FLOUR
    1 CARTON SUNFLOWER OIL
    3 EGGS
    1 TSPN. VANILLA ESSENCE

    METHOD
    Beat all ingredients together with Electric whisk until smooth.
    Line a loaf tin,pour in & bake for an Hour & a half @ 160 C ,Gas Mark 3

    NOTE - Any flavour of yoghurt will do.

    Hi Gogs! That recipe sounds good :thumb: and I'd like to try it out, but do I use the empty yoghurt carton to measure the sugar, flour and oil in? :scratch: (like when using a cup recipe?) Thanks!
