Went to York everyday last week to finish off the training related to my job.

Whilst I was there I took a few snaps of the Minster. Loads more to see, do and photograph but I didn`t have much time during the dinner break. Will go again, weather permitting, with Mrs Pip next weekend. No doubt my bank account will be a lot lighter after she has finished browsing all the lovely little shops, not to mention the larger department stores. :D

    Beautiful pics PIP!

Please - when you go next, could you look at the minster more closely and see if it has any really good gargoyles??!!

I have started a gargoyle thread under 'Member Hobbies' and I am fascinated with the different types!

York looks like a lovely place to visit - a bit like Bath on a larger scale!

    Thanks Chuck!

Cheers Cookie, did have a look at the gargoyles and they are incredible, such craftsmanship, a good lens should get you some fantastic pics.
