At 03:00 this morning I sent you all a PM inviting you to my family stately home.
I explained I have 12 state rooms available at the end of August.
As dear friends that you are on GC I have a need to return the friendship you have shown towards me.
I mentioned I would be sending one of my chauffeur driven cars to pick you up wherever you are in the country for a long weekend visit.
There will be a banquet on the day of your arrival and entertainment in the state dining room.
Early next day I have arranged a hot air balloon ride from the lawns with a champagne reception on completion.
A guided grand tour by my head gardener around the estate grounds and gardens with access to areas not normally open to the public.
On the second day there will be archery if you desire and a falconry display.
For those more adventurous my fleet of quad bikes are available for you use to investigate the woodlands.
You will all receive a voucher for £500 to spent at the estate nursery.
I have also made sure the helicopter is available for those that wish a trip over the North Yorkshire moors towards the coast.
On the last day my chauffeurs will drive you home after I hope will be a excellent time.
    Then I woke up!!!!
    Sorry guys.
    robert

Well, you can all come up to my place any time. When you arrive I'll make you a cup of tea and a biccy in the tack room, then I can equip you with wheel barrow and pitchfork to muck out the stables. Later on, we'll be doing a hands on workshop on replacing corrugated metal sheets on to the barn wall. For anyone who finds this a bit too hard work, there will also be a 'clean out the chook run' session, followed by a 'find the eggs' game ( they can be anywhere). Lessons in horse grooming are mandatory and everyone is expected to partake, especially picking out the horses hooves, armoured clothing and protective headgear is optional :hehe: At this point we can take a five minute break for OH's homemade butties, on the menu is egg and cress, egg and tomato (if they ripen in time and don't get blight) and egg and sliced courgette (only in season). After wards a little gentle exercise cleaning out the dog runs followed by a walking tour of a small Welsh mining village (everyone gets their own Terrier to walk). At the end of your visit, you will find there is an excellent bus (one every two hours) service to the nearest town, where you could catch another bus to a slightly larger town (Wrexham or Chester) from where you should (hopefully) be able to get home. As a momento of your visit, we can offer you a choice of slug damaged produce from the kitchen garden or, alternatively, bags of home made equipoo ( you can have as much of this as you want). We can promise you a day to remember! :lollol:

Capney, Sorry to hear that your family can't afford a Lear Jet to come get me. Mine is presently in the shop for some needed attention or I'd offer mine.

Oh, I forgot to mention we have our regular flypasts courtesy of the RAF, alternating helicopters in formation and Jets, all low flying, of course ( they like to keep us on our toes ) :usr:
