Glad it's not just me. Went to a local nursery I've been meaning to try for ages "just for a look".......fatal! Lots of things there I realised I couldn't live without, including Aconitums (Monkshoods). They are really good for shadier spots, if you haven't already thought of them.

Yup! I've got a whole folder of my internet favourites with the plants I'm buying next. And that's just mail order. My mum is spending Sunday with me, and we're going to go out to our local Wyevale for lunch - it's going to be an expensive one isn't it?

Fortunately, Mum will probably have Dad's credit card, and I bet she'll insist on buying me something with it... [IMG]

hi tiger lily. I actually bought some of those last year but think the slugs must have eaten them- or they wet destroyed them. But they may surprise me and come up!

I've spent loads already despite growing 6 trays of seeds and 30 individual seeds in pots.
I just can't seem to resist.
I've probably bought much too many plug plants (Over £100 worth and I haven't got a huge garden), also over 80 spring bulbs.

Has anyone seen the White Egret Orchid.
I must have it, although I haven't got a clue where it could go!!

Thanks for the tip about aconitums lazy gardener - I will sort out some slug defences round them. My mum grows them and they are gorgeous - but I have a weakness for blue flowers. Hope yours reappear soon!
