Ytube Adverts

Now, even using Ad blockers like uBblock Origin you cannot stop all the annoying ads when using Ytube with the popular browsers.

We now use the Brave browser when viewing Ytubes and its all ad free !

 

I use Firefox with Adblocker Ultimate installed and see virtually no adverts on You Tube.
Did have a bad day last weekend when there was a period of You Tube telling me that adblockers were a violation of their T&C and leaving me with a black screen, hitting refresh generally solved that one, but nothing since.

 

I watch Youtube on my TV, can you get an ad blocker for that?
Most ads seem to last a good minute or so before you get the chance to skip.

 

Also use FF and just tried the Free version of Adblockers extension but the ads still on ytube, assume you are using the paid for version ?

If you google " How to skip Youtube Ads on the TV " there seems to be some ways to reduce them ..?

 

Good grief no! Payment is an absolute last resort. I may donate some cash occasionally.

Interesting, downloading the Windows program and yes it does block the Ytube Ads, though not sure why the FF extension did not ?

The catch seems to be that the Windows program version states its a 14 day trial, or will if just carry on as free as assume yours has if you have not had to pay ? Donate ?

 

Interesting, no I haven't got the windows program as I get very few ads unless I use Bing.
I just use the FireFox extension and as I said it works a treat.
